Brandon Charnas took an unconventional path to real estate, earning degrees in history and law before starting his career at Kirkland & Ellis. Discovering a passion for deal-making, he transitioned into real estate and led landmark Manhattan acquisitions such as 670 Broadway (Zero Bond) and 888 Broadway (ABC Carpet & Home).
As co-founder of Current Real Estate Advisors, he guides high-profile clients across New York and Miami, shaping workplaces that reflect brand identity and drive growth.

Brandon identified an opportunity when ABC Carpet sought to downsize its 888 Broadway location, requiring a solution that balanced the owners’ needs with economic viability. Partnering with Normandy Real Estate Partners, they structured a deal that preserved ABC’s retail presence while repositioning 888 Broadway as a premier Flatiron office building.

Brandon identified 670 Broadway, the historic former Brooks Brothers flagship, as an acquisition opportunity despite lofty pricing and a vacant building. Partnering with the Paramount Group, Current secured Equinox as a 15-year tenant and successfully repositioned the property, now rebranded as ZERO BOND, filling the remainder of the 65,000 SF space.

Brandon Charnas guided Tom Brady Enterprises in securing premium commercial space at The Well Bay Harbor Islands. This wellness-focused headquarters reflects Brady’s commitment to health, innovation, and high-performance living.

Brandon represents top-tier tenants, with a strong focus on trendy Midtown South submarkets, including prominent venture capital, financial services, and established tech firms.
